Chi Chi London is an online fashion retailer specialized in occasion wear. My interest in e-commerce led me to take a challenge to re-design their website by improving user experience and updating the overall look & feel.

I focused on re-designing Home and Product pages. From a visual point of view, I wanted to explore a modern and elegant look. And with empathy to the users, I aimed to deliver a better User Experience for both – desktop and mobile views – via organizing links, filtering systems, and other content.

The elegance of the brand is conveyed via imagery, color palette, and typography. The web page layout guides customers to discover the newest collections and curated selections for any occasion. Clarity and a minimalistic look would help the brand to increase conversion.

A more user-friendly experience was achieved by updating Navigation and Footer, filtering system, adding Quick View (to preview product images), Wishlist, and customer ratings.

To reflect the romantic feel of Chi Chi’s products, I used a delicate color palette inspired by powdery and golden tones in seen dresses and accessories. Gill Sans typeface was chosen for its clean lines and friendly look.
